By downloading, installing, or using Lumen, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not install the software.
When you purchase Lumen, Wild Construct grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the version you purchased on up to two machines that you own or control, subject to these terms. Your license does not expire. The version you purchased keeps working, and nothing stops because a subscription ended.
Your purchase includes two years of updates and support from the date of purchase: every release Wild Construct makes in that window, and help from support@wildconstruct.com, at no extra cost. After the two years end, the last version you received remains yours to use under this license.
Personal, educational, and commercial use are all permitted, including client and deliverable work. Content creation is expressly permitted and encouraged — see Section 4.
You are welcome to record, publish, stream, and monetize your own tutorials, reviews, breakdowns, demo reels, and social posts featuring Lumen, including screen recordings of the plugin and its output. You may run ads or sponsorships on your own content.
Do not share, upload, mirror, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent any licensing check in the software. Do not sell, bundle, or distribute the Lumen installer, license key, or any part of the software itself, including inside a paid course, asset pack, template, or preset bundle. Your license is for you.
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@wildconstruct.com. A refunded license is deactivated and may no longer be used.
Any bug reports, feature requests, suggestions, or other feedback you provide is given voluntarily and non-confidentially. Wild Construct may use it for any purpose, commercially or otherwise, without compensation, attribution, or obligation to you.
Lumen, including all code, designs, names, and marks, remains the exclusive property of Wild Construct. Nothing here transfers any ownership interest. This license grants use only.
This license continues indefinitely. Wild Construct may terminate it only if you breach these terms. On termination, you must stop using and uninstall the software. Sections 7, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.
Lumen is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep backups of your projects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Construct's total liability arising out of or relating to this agreement or the software is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Wild Construct is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost work, or business interruption.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This is the entire agreement between you and Wild Construct regarding Lumen and supersedes any prior discussion. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Lumen includes software developed by others, including Dawn and Tint (Google LLC) and Abseil (Google LLC). Those components are licensed to you under their own terms, not under this agreement, and nothing in this agreement limits any rights you have under those licenses.
